We have been having home visits for my elderly mother for about 15 months now. The service has been outstanding. The carers are so friendly and helpful. Also very consistent and punctual. Mum has the same main carer and back ups and they arrive at the same times every day. She has got to know them really well and this is so important for her morale. There is fabulous attention to detail. Had an emergency a few weeks back and support was exceptional. Can't rate more highly.
