Terrible company, can't cook, giving codeine when it's not needed and forgetting to give correct medication, asking family to leave the property when they arrive, completely ignoring me when I'm trying to ask questions about the patient and forgetting to apply cream, definitely recommend avoiding this
company at all costs!

My mother has received nothing but great service and care from the attending carers
A big mention to one carer in particular, who my mother talks about non stop, a truly professional and helpful member of your team.

and exacting standards that are almost impossible for anybody to meet and far exceed what many would consider reasonable.
Despite this, my experience of the regular visiting staff are as outlined as above and I commend them most highly.

I would just like to thank Ease Healthcare and the fantastic care team who have been looking after my mum on a daily basis for the past couple of years. Mum has dementia and they are kind, helpful, polite, patient and very professional with her. They always keep in contact with myself and family
members - they are the best. We have a really good relationship with them and that helps when caring for mum and would be lost without their help. They are outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into needing carers for family members.

Young lady who came on Thurs 14th was excellent, the best yet. Polite, carried out the basics and did so with a very pleasant attitude.
She should be used by the company as a benchmark on standards and professionalism.
