Terrible company, can't cook, giving codeine when it's not needed and forgetting to give correct medication, asking family to leave the property when they arrive, completely ignoring me when I'm trying to ask questions about the patient and forgetting to apply cream, definitely recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

I would just like to thank Ease Healthcare and the fantastic care team who have been looking after my mum on a daily basis for the past couple of years. Mum has dementia and they are kind, helpful, polite, patient and very professional with her. They always keep in contact with myself and family members - they are the best. We have a really good relationship with them and that helps when caring for mum and would be lost without their help. They are outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into needing carers for family members.

Despite this, my experience of the regular visiting staff are as outlined as above and I commend them most highly.
