My advise for anyone wanting care for their loved ones is to avoid this agency if they are offered to you. The staff they use should not be doing the job. They are very very nasty people and I know because we have tried several. I try to be soo nice to them because you are not available to see what they do but makes no difference once you turn your back they are horrible. Other reviews are accurate. Theu come stay for 10mins though they should be an hour, serve food in a way thats appalling. Several of them have shouted at my mom and rained insults. When you complain nothing comes out of it. Avoid them like a plaque if you care about your loved ones. They do not treat patients with dignity and really not up for the job and just for the money.

Bliss Care has been excellent in the care my son has received, the care has been absolutely phenomenal, especially with the customer service, you are greeted with a warm and almost atmospheric level of professionalism and care, due to my situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Bliss Care as it has been second to none, I applaud the carers and staff in management as it is an excellent company to deal with and lovely staff.

I've had a friend using this company their outlook of the tasks are in out as quick as they can. Whilst attending to the client they rush and mention other clients. Timekeeping is awful. Personal safety and hygiene. Some carers are rude and abrupt. Not following CQC rules. Play on phones. Use client's plug without asking. No proper interaction with the client concerned.
