Pride Homecare are a brilliant company. They have very caring and lovely carers.

Pride Home Care took over my package and they have been helpful. Arrive on time, stay the time. Kind and respectful. I highly recommend them.

Mum and Dad have always been really worried about having carers.

I would personally like to thank a particular member of staff whilst I had Covid. She went above and beyond and really helped me. She is one of my main carers and she is always there for me. She is very professional. Thank you Pride Home Care for being there for me.

The service has so far been very good, and recently, the visit timings have been a lot better. We used to receive a weekly roster as to who was down to call and approximate arrival time. This was very helpful in arranging other of my daily tasks. Unfortunately, for the last three weeks, this information
has not been available to me, even after asking several times why it can't be sent.

I have been in care for three years now and have had very good treatment and I have a lot to thank the carers for i.e. sending me to hospital when I have said I am fine don't worry and more than once I do believe they have saved my life so thank you so so much.

So my mum who has dementia was found by her carers wandering in town today. They took her to the afternoon club, (I think that’s what it’s called) and then made sure she got home safely. She had the best time and to know she was safe was invaluable. She always looks forward to their visits.

Pride carers started looking after Mum in July 2023 after a lengthy stay in hospital. Mum only wanted to return home despite her health problems.
Mum developed excellent relationships with all the carers and was very happy with the care delivery.

I am extremely grateful for all Pride staff when it comes to my grandmother's care. They have consistently gone above and beyond to keep my nan safe and ensure she can stay in her own home. Not only have they been there for my nan but also myself when again this is not in their job description. I can
honestly say that all employees I have had contact with within Pride do not just see their role as just a job they will treat your loved one with the same care and respect they would want their own loved ones to be receiving. Thank you will never be enough but if your looking for a care company to care for your loved one with respect and a company that does more than just a job look no further you have found them. Thank you to everyone at Pride for being different from the rest and I can say I have had my fair share of experience with other care company's. I hope if I ever need care I receive this standard of care that Pride provides. Thank you.

My dad has had care provided by Pride Home Care for a few years now. They currently make 4 visits a day. Throughout the whole time we have had them they have always gone over and above to offer support and care to both Dad and myself. Dad looks forward to their visits, and they are always friendly to
him and chat with him about the things he likes and remembers, as well as giving medication, meals and personal care.
I also feel totally supported by Pride, as at times I feel overwhelmed with dad's dementia etc, the Pride staff are always there to listen and support me too.
Both Dad and myself would be totally lost without Pride Home Care.

My sister has C.O.P.D. and struggles with daily tasks. The care she has been given is exceptional, she has been treated with dignity and compassion and looks upon her carers as such important people in her life. The improvement in her mental health has been remarkable, thank you so much.

All staff throughout March were absolutely fantastic towards my dad.
Pride Home Care even put on extra staff when I needed it.

Pride carers are fantastic. Very caring and considerate.
Only downfall the last few months is rota times.
I do however highly recommend Pride for their caring staff.
CEO did visit to sort the issue out with us regarding rota times. I have every confidence this will be resolved.

Consistently good care given to my 93-year-old dad.
When the odd problem arises it is dealt with efficiently and we are made to feel valued as a family.
Dad requires regular times for his 4 visits a day due to his catheter care.
I am happy if Dad's happy - which he is.

We are very happy with the service we receive and have no complaints they are mostly on time and cheerful when they arrive nothing to much trouble. Before we transferred to Pride we were with another company which was not as accommodating as Pride all in all we are very pleased.

We recently received homecare for my father from the team in Pride Home Care Watton Branch, the ladies who visited four times a day couldn't have been nicer, they were always punctual, helpful and very kind to our dad who was very poorly and in his last days of life. Special thanks go to two members
of staff, in particular, who really did help us during a very difficult time.
