I cannot fault the team that cared for my Dad over the last 2 years . There was a great connection between family and team. They showed kindness ,respect, support not only to Dad but to Mum aswell. All the carers looking after our mum are caring, patient, considerate and respectful. They always arrive with a smile and a cheerful greeting which removes the anxiety mum feels when anyone other than family enters her home. The carers take time to talk to mum while carrying out their tasks and they
never make her feel rushed.

The comfort we take from knowing that mum is in such kind hands is a huge relief for us and we are very grateful to all the fantastic carers at Lauriem who show such a high level of care and compassion.

I just want to say a massive thank you to the Lauriem carers who looked after my nan in her final weeks. They were amazing, they treated my nan with such dignity and grace, and they were gentle and kind with her but also with us, the family. Donna and the team are incredible. Thank you for everything,
you made the whole situation so much better for all of us. And thank you for taking the time to chat with me, for reassuring me and supporting me in the most horrific of times. My nan was end of life when you came to us and I can honestly say you made the end of her life so comfortable and all the family will forever be grateful for all of you.

As a carer for my husban, who has had heart surgery and two strokes, I have been very grateful for the help that carers support have put in place via Lauriem. Recently I have had knee surgery and used Lauriem in a private capacity. They were prompt in arranging this and the carers extremely helpful.
It is also extremely helpful to have a regular carer who is aware of jobs that are required.

I just wanted to take the time to upload a review of the care you are providing to my neighbour and in particular the absolutely amazing service provided by your team member who attended this morning's call and who now comes every Thursday.
She has made such a difference to my neighbour's life, she
really did have her work cut out. She is hardworking and lovely to be around. She really has worked wonders. In such a short time his house already looks and smells so much better and he enjoys the time she takes for his daily needs. It's so lovely to see him getting the care and looking after he so desperately needed.

From the first visit of my first carer, I knew I had made the right decision to use this company. My care plan was totally adhered to and the service provided was excellent, the prices charged were great value and all the staff who attended to me were kind and supportive. My dignity was maintained throughout
and I was given great encouragement at all times. I highly recommend Lauriem to anyone looking for a professional personal care team.

I would prefer to have a carer at similar times daily, ideally at around 8:30 am. I appreciate the difficulties that you have, in reality, it's only a minor issue. Otherwise, I find your staff helpful and generally a pleasure to see.

Carers for the most part are kind, friendly and cheerful. The new young carer at Caesar Court is outstanding. Some are kind but gormless one or two could not care less. Generally, though the carers are good. Time slots are chaotic and annoying, billing is a disaster and must improve. More flexibility
of care/help is needed in Caeser Court as residents are deteriorating in health and with age.

We approached Lauriem six months ago when it became apparent that my aunt needed additional home support. Not living locally to my aunt they made a difficult situation easier to cope with. As time progressed we asked for additional services. They are punctual and always treat my aunt with respect and
patience. Communication between Lauriem and me is good and problems are immediately notified and dealt with. First-class service and everyone's efforts are very much appreciated.

Yes, I am completely happy with the care that I get from Lauriem's carers. Sometimes the only people that I see for three or four days are 'the carers'. The girls/ladies, always have a smile and 'How are you?' apologising if late because of the traffic or weather. But always puts me at ease when helping
me with personal hygiene, so important and good advice and help to shower and dress. Sets me up for the day. Thank you.
