Ellie and her team have been fantastic from day 1. Personal, friendly, polite and understanding all with a professional approach.
Taken on a difficult situation with respect.
Dealing with doctors and keeping contact when needed.
A team of dedicated people who are respectful and considerate.

I'd be lost without them

Overall Experience
After a fall, time in hospital & 2 months in a care home, Mum was 6 stone, very withdrawn, in pain & extremely unhappy. The Bloomfields Care team literally saved her (& me!).
Over the last 2 years, Mum has been provided with superb live-in care & she has genuinely thrived. Her main carer is exceptional - anticipating her needs, calmly providing positive support & a routine. When her carer has a week off, it's clear that there's good communication with her replacement to retain this continuity of care.
It's great when we visit as everything is really well organised, the house is spotless and they have clearly become friends. There's lots of laughter, outings to the local church, lunch club & a home group. Seeing Mum so happy & well looked after means I can relax & stop worrying. Such a relief - especially as it's a 4-hour round trip!

Bloomfields is an absolutely AMAZING care provider, with experienced managers and an extremely well-trained team of genuine carers.

Overall Experience

People that actually care! I can highly recommend this care company I have never met a care team so helpful, kind and accommodating. They have been looking after my Dad and it's such a relief as I never have to worry anymore. It's how care should be.

Overall Experience
We started using Bloomfield Care after Dads care assessment outlined full time care was what he needed (we didn't want him in a care home.)

After the initial home visit we decided to move forward with them. They listened to our concerns from previous care companies, and taking into account the level of care outlined in the care assessment, they supplied 2 really lovely full time live-in carers. We couldn't be more pleased and would thoroughly recommend them to care for your loved ones. It's given us as a family, total peace of mind knowing all his needs are met 24/7.

Overall Experience
We have carers come in for one hour on three days a week, the main issue is my wife struggles showering due to Alzheimer's and the carers facilitate this. They manage the showering well. They all get on very well with my wife.

The initial assessment was good with flexibility shown from them regarding care etc.

I cannot speak highly enough about Bloomfield.
The care offered to my mother-in-law has been exceptional, especially a couple of months ago when she was so poorly.
The management team worked with us to put in additional visits as needed and provided advice on every aspect of her care.
The carers are so compassionate and treat my mother-in-law with respect, dignity and a good old chat and giggle.

Overall Experience

We've been very happy with Bloomfield. Have used them for more than 1 year. Good, consistent service. Flexible, good communicators. There has been a small amount of staff turnover in that time but that has actually been helpful given the nature of the condition we are trying to manage.

Excellent management and staff, very caring and helpful to my mum and family. We have been with Broomfield for a year now and everyones happy with their care, time and support. Mum has four visits a day and they are always on time, as well as doing chores round the house they always find time to sit with her and chat and leave her feeling safe and happy

Overall Experience
We have had the Bloomfield team helping us to care for our mum at home for over a year now. They have been so supportive and helpful to both my mum, myself and sister. The team have provided regular named carers at set times to help keep a routine for mum. They treat her with care, respect and understanding, keeping us informed if they notice anything out of "mums ordinary".
They have helped us with information and questions to ask when dealing with social services when mum went into hospital and needed a plan for coming home again.
They are a wonderful, personal and friendly team.

I would highly recommend Bloomfield.

I am very impressed with the quality of care provided in a professional but caring and friendly manner, that i have seen my friend recieve. Seeing the level of care gives the family the confidence to be able to hand over to the staff and live a life along side there loved one.
A very well organised, consistent team with a good management .
Very quick to respond and problem solve , nothing seems too much trouble.

My friend had just been released from a month's hospitalisation. He wasn't very mobile and had dementia. The live-in care provided by Bloomfield and the allround attention to my friend's condition was excellent. When he declined they showed how professional they were in an emergency.

Bloomfield Care has a very good management team who are hands-on and genuinely care about their clients.

Overall Experience

We have been using Bloomfield for the past few months to help care for our mum, who is 88 and has a rare form of dementia that affects her ability to communicate. Bloomfield has been brilliant as they understand that Mum has specific needs, which include needing consistent carers who know her and consistent visiting times so that Mum doesn't get the urge to wander off looking for someone. Before Bloomfield, I could not consider going away on holiday as would worry too much about Mum, but I can now do that and know she is in safe hands and will be looked after. They even help look after Mum's dog. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

What an amazing company, the staff are amazing and the manager is excellent, she has gone above and beyond to help our friend out and put a care package together. The previous care provider was via social services, who were absolutely dreadful, finding Bloomfield Care was, without a doubt, the best decision, our friend is very happy with the care and the staff are all caring and go that extra mile to make him comfortable and happy.

Highly recommend this service, you would not be disappointed.
