To date, this has been a fantastic experience not just for our Mother who is receiving 24 care from Bloomfield but also for us (family) as Ellie and her team have guided us through what to expect and what they can deliver including navigating through the different medicines required via the doctor.
The level of care she is now receiving at home compared to the care home that she was at previously is far superior and she has benefited physically and mentally from receiving care at home. While this will continue to be a difficult period for our mother we know she is as content and safe as she could hope to be. Thank you.
