I only have good things to say about Christine Marie Care. They provide live in care for my relative and have done now for over 1 year. The carers are all caring, professional with a positive approach to everything they do. They are extremely thoughtful and work so hard to help my relative and ensure
they have a good quality of life. They really do seem to care. They are pro-active with problem solving. The carers are skilled at many different tasks such as medicines via PEG tube, tracheostomy suctioning, stoma and catheter care. They liaise with the GP, hospital, district nurses and pharmacy. They are always punctual. Our whole family is so grateful to such a wonderful team. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Friendly, reliable, encouraging provider. Helping my mother on a daily basis manage her medication. They give very warm companionship to combat loneliness. Would recommend to other people who are in need of adult care services.

The team at Christine Marie Care continue to provide exemplary care in an empathic, supportive and friendly way. They are helpful to me as a family unpaid carer and responsive to the needs of the cared-for family member who has complex physical and mental illnesses. They are patient and diplomatic in
solving the numerous issues arising between the GP surgery and the dispensing pharmacy concerning the receipt of all the complex prescribed medication for the cared-for person.

Quality of kindness and attention was superb over a whole year 2024. The carers were always thoughtful, the help I received whenever I contacted the office was friendly and efficient. There was always the reassurance that Mum was safe and being looked out for and home visits from one staff member in
particular helped to always reassure. Patience from everybody was appreciated. Don't know about value for money because we didn't look anywhere else. We were quite happy to pay for such good care for a special lady.
