We live in Kent and when my disabled daughter decided to go to university in Harrow, we contacted Senacare.
My daughter required a lot of day and night care while she was in the accommodation at the university.

I felt from the start that my daughter was in very good hands. They knew how to use all the equipment safely and the night carers did a very good job of positioning my daughter at night to make her comfortable.
Compared to previous care agencies that we have had in Kent they are excellent! I wish they had a branch in Kent because I feel that they really do understand what caring for a person means.

The carers were all very kind to my Dad. They were always punctual and polite. All the proper PPE and equipment was used and no rubbish was left behind for us to clear up.
When phoning the office the call was always answered promptly. The supervisors and management were always very helpful and polite.

Senacare agency provided excellent care service to my mother. I used their services each week to take my mum shopping and brief walking. The carers are well-trained and provide professional care services. The staff at the office were readily available and provided good customer service. I will go back
to them again.

Avoid this agency. The management is very poor and does not take complaints seriously. The impression given is that they prefer to take on clients that are easy to look after. Carers lack training and compassion and are quick to complain. Get the impression that they do not do this work because they
want to but instead undertake the work until they are able to find something else or are able to remain in the country indefinitely. I am told that they have to work on a care work visa for a period of 5 years before they are eligible for this. Avoid agency if able. Having now employed another care agency their shortcomings are very evident.

All complaints are dealt with carefully and fairly with the involvement of local authority. Our care workers are regularly monitored and we ensure they are providing high-quality care for our service users. We are happy that you found another care agency that can meet your requirements. To summarize: carers are just amazing. Always on time, same and consistent pool of carers. Care call timings are always carefully agreed, good knowledge about my mother's needs, and they can communicate in the same language as my mother. Owners, Field Managers, as well as Office Admin and Coordinators
are all amazing and 'bend over backwards' to help meet needs. Excellent care agency, bar none, with no exceptions. Sincerely.

We have used Senacare to care for our disabled grandfather, father and friend. We are very happy with this service. Senacare is the best and most professional home care that I am aware of. His main carer is a friendly, very attentive carer who works to the highest standards. I would recommend everyone
to use Senacare.
