The care provided is not up to the standard one would expect. No continuity, 28 different carers in 2 months. Some are excellent, some why do they even bother to come through the front door. Communication is very poor. Some have no initiative. Some have limited knowledge of the English language. Staff have NOT followed requests set out in the contract. Some carers don't carry out constant requests from client.

I cannot thank River Exe Healthcare enough for the outstanding care they have given my mum, who suffers from dementia. Chloe and the whole team have been amazing during a very difficult time for our family. The carers visit morning and evening and adapted the evening visits to help stop mum wandering out at night when she becomes confused about the time. They have also pushed the council when extra support has been needed and always acted in mum's best interests. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care. Staff have even gone above and beyond outside working hours, bringing mum safely home after seeing her walking into town late at night. They are now helping us work with the council to arrange residential care due to the risks associated with mum's condition. Their kindness, professionalism and support have been invaluable. I would highly recommend River Exe Healthcare.

Overall I am very happy with River Exe Health. A family member is being looked after by them and I am the main contact for all the communication. They have been very good at letting me know of any issues or things that need to be resolved. They are a very professional and organised company.

When I needed extra care for my mother-in-law it was quickly and easily arranged. Giving me and her peace of mind.
