Especially the carers who come regularly. There was a couple of individuals who only came once each, were less so, more interested in the world cup on the tv than any care.

The care manager has been good with my concerns and acted on them straight away some of the staff have been really good with mum but some of them haven't the care my mum has been getting is up and down but since talking to them its getting there slowly

We really could have helped him without them.

All carers have been gentle and respectful towards the client, understanding his needs and helping in some difficult situations. It was a great relief to have their assistance at short notice in an emergency.

So impressed, it has been such a difficult time, obviously a hard time trusting people to look after your loved ones but the carers provided so much comfort and compassion.
