We had carers from Life's Care Plus visiting my Dad at home 4 times a day. All the carers that visited were kind and friendly. My dad was in and out of hospital for a few months and the care was adapted to his needs with no fuss. The two staff in the office I dealt with were both really helpful and made the process free from stress.

Our deepest thanks and gratitude to the Care Manager and all the team at Life Care Plus. Your input in helping my mother has been invaluable over the past two years. All the personal carers involved were very good and highly skilled with dementia patients and therefore ensured my mother's dignity was maintained throughout her illness. Please continue the amazing work that you do for families just like us who need your help with loved ones suffering with dementia - wishing you all the best for the future.

From our interaction with the manager in doing an assessment of my sisters care needs to the daily care so far has been brilliant we have felt like we have been heard and given a say as well as although it has only been several days the service, friendliness and professional care and support has been amazing. It is more appreciated because my sister is special educational needs and autistic. She has so far got on with both ladies who have come to look after her and shower her and dress her.

The service and communication with Life Care Plus has been very good from the manager to Admin coordinator to the carers, The manager is very kind and compassionate and makes sure the client is well taken care of. The admin coordinator is polite and courteous and compassionate. The carers do their job very well and are always friendly and kind and caring to the service user. They are punctual and do their best.

My son is also very comfortable and happy with him The carer always keeps me informed about any important updates or changes, which I really appreciate.

Life Care Plus is a nightmare due to incompetent and unprofessional management. The so-called "manager," is controlling, manipulative and completely unfit for her role. She ignores boundaries, lies, interferes and makes life difficult for families. Despite being told to stay out of my mum's care, she continued meddling with no regard for us or the director's decision. As for the director, he is weak and incapable of running this company. He agreed to remove the manager but still let her dictate everything. They bring in untrained carers from abroad with little to no experience handling complex needs. Complaints are ignored, putting vulnerable clients at risk. I raised a serious complaint in October 2024, yet months later, they tried to send the same carer back, proving their lack of accountability. That said, a few dedicated carers work hard despite the manager and director's disgraceful leadership. They deserve praise. Life Care Plus is a mess do not trust them with your loved ones!

Sadly our Grandmother passed away on 14/2/25. She was cared for by the team at Lifecare Plus and they done such a fantastic job! We lived with our grandmother and saw multiple carers everyday. They all have left such a mark on our lives, especially one member of staff in particular. Our children have been so blessed to see such kindness and consideration shown towards their great nan from the carers and we are so grateful.
