Recently I have had a bad bout of diverticulitis and when MJ and Deel came for personal care they were exceptionally kind and caring. They put me at ease and turned what was a disturbing experience for me into a positive experience, thank you girls, your support and kindness is really appreciated.

Friendly and helpful and respectful , would prefer an earlier morning call, I do understand that that's difficult at the moment, but is being looked into once training of staff is complete. Manager is always on hand if there are any issues

I find my care package to be very good, my main carer is excellent, she is very caring, very gentle and emphatic. I obviously have to have another carer when my main carer has a break but I can notice the difference, one carer recently not so gentle, a little rough not realising my body is quite sensitive. The boss is also very lovely and conscious and you can go to her with any problems. Very good service.
