Help was always there the staff were so helpful kind and always spoke to the patient
Letting them know exactly what was happening and when
They were always on time to attend to the patients need's showering them and marking shore they were always comfortable they cooked breakfast lunch and evening

I find my care package to be very good, my main carer is excellent, she is very caring, very gentle and emphatic. I obviously have to have another carer when my main carer has a break but I can notice the difference, one carer recently not so gentle, a little rough not realising my body is quite sensitive.
The boss is also very lovely and conscious and you can go to her with any problems. Very good service.
