Care varies with each carer attending. Each has different skills and some need developing. Time keeping very variable - does not match accounts.
I am woken up every morning at about 8:30am and then assisted with a daily shower, dried and dressed by one of a team of friendly and generally cheerful chaps. They supervise my safe negotiation of the staircase to the ground floor and check that I am ready for breakfast before departing.

Hi I am a 52 male with medical conditions I have been with this company how for about 1 and a half to two months and this is my eleven company I have been with since 2020 and I can truly can say this is the best company I have been with there always on time there the odd time that there r late but there let u know there running late where the other company I have been with hardly rang me to let me know so if anyone what a carer company you what to joy then I truly recommend to go with this company and I can assure u hat u wont be disappointed and u don't have to take my word joy with this company and see for yourself.
I requested care for my husband after he was discharged from hospital after becoming bedbound, he also had vascular dementia. After my initial phone call, I was visited at home to determine the care needed. We found the office staff to be friendly and helpful always. The carers were polite, kind, and patient, even under the most difficult circumstances when my husband would lash out. I was extremely pleased with the service we received.

Carers are absolutely brilliant very efficient caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. I started last year having Living Plus care, I was at a very low point. Our mum has been using the service for just under 2 years now and we can not speak highly of the service enough. Carers are always quick to spot any changes, and communication with the carers, management and ourselves is top-notch. She has a set number of carers who have built such a positive rapport with both Mum and the rest of the family, they are always joyful, yet very professional. Mum is treated with dignity and respect and the office team is always accommodating to any last-minute changes or requests for additional care.

Reliable and friendly care workers. Carry out their tasks efficiently. Flexible to my needs. Would be better if there were fewer care staff for me to deal with. I've had eight different care workers so far.

Without exception, every member of staff has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, great patience and care. Also, the ability to size up the situation, without having to ask for direction. Little things like taking the rubbish bag. I cannot rate them highly enough.

I can't be more pleased with the carers, management and overall the company. Extremely professional, perfectly presented and a high level of care at all times. All my carers are extremely competent, I would go as far as to say as professional as a nurse in the hospital. They go above and beyond every visit. I look forward to their visits as they are so friendly as I don't have any visitors and they brighten up my days.
