I am woken up every morning at about 8:30am and then assisted with a daily shower, dried and dressed by one of a team of friendly and generally cheerful chaps. They supervise my safe negotiation of the staircase to the ground floor and check that I am ready for breakfast before departing.

I requested care for my husband after he was discharged from hospital after becoming bedbound, he also had vascular dementia. After my initial phone call, I was visited at home to determine the care needed. We found the office staff to be friendly and helpful always. The carers were polite, kind, and
patient, even under the most difficult circumstances when my husband would lash out. I was extremely pleased with the service we received.

Carers are absolutely brilliant very efficient caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. I started last year having Living Plus care, I was at a very low point. These carers have helped me tremendously and I would highly recommend this care agency and finally a big thank you to all the carers

Our mum has been using the service for just under 2 years now and we can not speak highly of the service enough. Carers are always quick to spot any changes, and communication with the carers, management and ourselves is top-notch. She has a set number of carers who have built such a positive rapport
with both Mum and the rest of the family, they are always joyful, yet very professional. Mum is treated with dignity and respect and the office team is always accommodating to any last-minute changes or requests for additional care.

My uncle tells me that he really enjoyed the support of your lovely team while he recovered from a spate of falls and hospital admissions. He said that everyone who visited him was kind, and thoughtful and couldn’t do enough for him.
I spoke with the team personally a number of times and found them
extremely helpful and supportive. They were very organised and efficient too.
We would definitely use Living Plus Care again and are happy to recommend it.

Without exception, every member of staff has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, great patience and care. Also, the ability to size up the situation, without having to ask for direction. Little things like taking the rubbish bag. I cannot rate them highly enough.

The team of carers supporting my mother are kind, courteous and professional. They are able to respond to her needs and have established a good trusting working relationship. This is because the team are consistent and reliable. They are timely in their visits.
The management has been highly professional
and responsive when appropriate. They have ensured a good quality care plan is in place.

I can't be more pleased with the carers, management and overall the company. Extremely professional, perfectly presented and a high level of care at all times. All my carers are extremely competent, I would go as far as to say as professional as a nurse in the hospital. They go above and beyond every
visit. I look forward to their visits as they are so friendly as I don't have any visitors and they brighten up my days.

I needed some extra help with mum for about a week. This was arranged without any fuss and I felt extremely confident in the care she would receive.
