The whole team were wonderful, caring people but I would especially like to mention one carer in particular who treated both mum and dad like they were her own parents and two other carers who spent a lot of time with both of them. The staff in the office were always professional and understanding when I asked them to do anything extra and extremely sympathetic and caring when my mum eventually passed.
