The Forge Support Services

I called The Forge Support in desperation when both my parents needed care in the home 2 years ago. My father had cancer and my mum was suffering from dementia and my dad was unable to care for her. They sent a team who fitted extremely well and despite typical early resistance , my dad came to realise that they were there to help. When my dad passed, they took over 24 hour care for my mum. The whole team were wonderful, caring people but I would especially like to mention one carer in particular who treated both mum and dad like they were her own parents and two other carers who spent a lot of time with both of them. The staff in the office were always professional and understanding when I asked them to do anything extra and extremely sympathetic and caring when my mum eventually passed.

This is a genuine review from a very grateful daughter and I would not hesitate to recommend this family run care service to anyone who is looking for care in the home for a relative.
