OUTSTANDING care with COMPASSION and EXPERIENCE

This organisation lives it's name. Their carers seem to have sincere vocations. They have been PROFESSIONAL with all the risks, medicine, care plan, advice. Dad's care plan was in a constant state of flux due to his sudden and rapid decline. They have shown FLEXIBILITY and I would say their carers have gone way beyond the call of duty. The organisation also CARED for their STAFF ensuring training, feedback and a regular rotation to allow them to have adequate rest. Their PRICES were sustainable but more their OVERALL GENUINE CARE left previous care providers look very poor indeed.

Overall Experience
Our mother has recently arrived home after being in a respite care home following hospitalisation after a fall
Mum has Alzheimer's and associated behavioural difficulties.
It is very early days but we are really happy with the compassion and professionalism shown to mum who is always treated with kindness dignity and respect.

Mum is still adjusting to being at home and having full time care but we are confident that she is in capable and caring hands

Overall Experience

Carers have been consistent after the first week. The carers are professional, friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate my father's needs. They let you know when medication is low and creams running low. They communicate well with my dad who has dementia.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional home care service provided to my grandfather. The team displayed remarkable professionalism, compassion and dedication, making a significant difference in his daily life. They were attentive to his needs, respectful and went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being. Their kindness and expertise have truly enhanced his quality of life. My Dad has been using Affordable Care at Home for several months now and we are both very happy with the service they provide. They keep a detailed record of each day's events and are good at keeping in touch. They are proactive at raising and addressing any concerns that arise, but likewise, respond to queries and are happy to adapt to changing needs.

Overall Experience
Our dad's previous care agency had left us without care and after already meeting with Affordable Care at Home, we contacted them to explain our situation. They immediately organised all the paperwork and 2 new male carers to start the following week. In that week, we received all the paperwork to sign and copies for us, several calls to keep us updated and were on the other end of the phone if we had questions. The 2 new carers came to meet Dad and both shadowed each other for 3 days. Dad has advanced dementia and the agency matched both carers with Dad and his needs amazingly. Dad has settled really well with both carers.

We were a little nervous after our experience with the previous care agency but everyone we have spoken to has put our minds at ease. We are definitely happy and very pleased.

Affordable Care At Home has been very professional and helpful in finding two male carers that we urgently needed for our dad who has advanced dementia.
The communication from them has been excellent and Dad has settled really well with his new carers.

We feel at ease knowing Dad is being well looked after.
