My Dad has been using Affordable Care at Home for several months now and we are both very happy with the service they provide. They keep a detailed record of each day's events and are good at keeping in touch. They are proactive at raising and addressing any concerns that arise, but likewise, respond to queries and are happy to adapt to changing needs.

Overall, Affordable Care At Home has provided a reliable, professional and helpful service with good communication.

Overall Experience
Our dad's previous care agency had left us without care and after already meeting with Affordable Care at Home, we contacted them to explain our situation. They immediately organised all the paperwork and 2 new male carers to start the following week. In that week, we received all the paperwork to sign and copies for us, several calls to keep us updated and were on the other end of the phone if we had questions. The 2 new carers came to meet Dad and both shadowed each other for 3 days. Dad has advanced dementia and the agency matched both carers with Dad and his needs amazingly. Dad has settled really well with both carers.

We were a little nervous after our experience with the previous care agency but everyone we have spoken to has put our minds at ease. We are definitely happy and very pleased.

Overall Experience
Affordable Care At Home has been very professional and helpful in finding two male carers that we urgently needed for our dad who has advanced dementia.
The communication from them has been excellent and Dad has settled really well with his new carers.

We feel at ease knowing Dad is being well looked after.
