This organisation lives it's name. Their carers seem to have sincere vocations. They have been PROFESSIONAL with all the risks, medicine, care plan, advice. Dad's care plan was in a constant state of flux due to his sudden and rapid decline. They have shown FLEXIBILITY and I would say their carers have gone way beyond the call of duty. The organisation also CARED for their STAFF ensuring training, feedback and a regular rotation to allow them to have adequate rest. Their PRICES were sustainable but more their OVERALL GENUINE CARE left previous care providers look very poor indeed.

Mum is still adjusting to being at home and having full time care but we are confident that she is in capable and caring hands

Carers have been consistent after the first week. The carers are professional, friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate my father's needs. They let you know when medication is low and creams running low. They communicate well with my dad who has dementia.
