Overall Experience

Andrew is an excellent carer who consistently goes above and beyond. He is always patient and understanding - even when I am confused, in pain, or feeling unwell. He encourage me with my food and fluids, explain things clearly, and always respect my wishes. He is gentle, kind, and very thorough - I know I am in safe hands. His compassion makes such a difference to my days. A truly wonderful carer - thank you for everything!"

Overall Experience

We have had three carers in the time we used Cresta. They all were very polite and caring on time and very friendly. The carer we had most of the time was fantastic, she related so well with my dad, and he liked her very much and we still have her now.

Overall Experience

Mom has a fantastic carer Ene she talks to mom. And is very caring. We have had a few instances when a relief is sent when Ene is off and when she returns both carers arrive which seems to be an issue with the rota schedules on your side which is frustrating for the carers.

I am very pleased with the care and support given to my wife from the Healthcare Assistant. They are kind, care, compassionate, respectful, and always treated her with dignity. They listened to her needs, always patient with her, and made sure she is comfortable and well supported.
They are reliable and professional in their duties and always maintained a positive and friendly attitude. I felt safe and comfortable in their care, and I truly appreciated the respect and attention they showed her.
