We are delighted with the care provided by Ashbourne Healthcare Services. The Deputy Healthcare Manager, whom we are in regular contact with, is extremely helpful and he is lovely to deal with and always meets our enquiries, needs and requirements efficiently and in a timely manner. Other staff members are also very helpful. If we have had any problems, they have been dealt with promptly and resolved quickly. The carers themselves are of a very high calibre and are both respectful and compassionate with regards to our mother. The family also have a very good relationship with both the day and night carers. We all work as a team and we value and respect one another which is very important. We are very happy to recommend Ashbourne Healthcare Services to others.

We are very happy with service and care staff are doing good job. Care staff comes al the time prepared, ready to help with everything. Carers makes our life easier especially coming out of hospital and needing support

Also the team in the office have been very supportive especially when my mum had to go back into hospital for her pacemaker to be reset so the team checked up every day incase she was going home and then she returned they started back 4 x a day with two carers. Thank you all so much

Excellent care given to my mum. The carers are well trained and caring. They are patient especially as my mum Has early Alzheimers. The staff who do the rota listen when i make a request for any chsnges. They listen and are ssympathetic and undersranding. They do send regular carers on request to hrlp mum as she sees the same carers I would highly recommend Ashbourne to anyone looking for home care anytime. I would give them 10 out of 10 .

Staff are pleasant and willing. My speech is hard to understand but they took the time to figure out what I said. They always try to provide staff when they can. In the six months that I used them, I was never let down. Sometimes staff appear to be under pressure because they have so many clients which has its advantages and disadvantages. In general, I would recommend Ashbourne Healthcare.

We find the agency to be very pleasant and helpful when we request anything. The carers we have are very polite and pleasant and most importantly they do whatever we ask them to do. It's pleasant to have them in our home which makes it more pleasant to deal with the situation.
