Ashbourne Healthcare Services Team
My mum is bed bound and the care they provide is outstanding. My mum looks forward seeing them and waves hello and goodbye.
Also the team in the office have been very supportive especially when my mum had to go back into hospital for her pacemaker to be reset so the team checked up every day incase she was going home and then she returned they started back 4 x a day with two carers. Thank you all so much

We're so pleased we could help make your mum's return home from hospital as smooth and comfortable as possible. It's wonderful to hear that she enjoys seeing the carers and feels...
Would recommend :)
Thank you so much for your kind words. It truly means a lot to us that your mother has felt supported and comfortable since moving to Ashbourne.
We understand how important consistency and well-trained carers are, and we're so pleased that the team has been able to provide not only high-quality...
Excellent care given to my mum. The carers are well trained and caring. They are patient especially as my mum Has early Alzheimers. The staff who do the rota listen when i make a request for any chsnges. They listen and are ssympathetic and undersranding. They do send regular carers on request to hrlp mum as she sees the same carers I would highly recommend Ashbourne to anyone looking for home care anytime. I would give them 10 out of 10 .
Thank you very much for your kind and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Providing patient, consistent, and compassionate care-especially for those living with early Alzheimer's-is extremely important to us. We're pleased that your mum feels...
Would not recommend this agency at all.
The reasons as follows:
Staff like to appear when they want (not contracted times).
Strip washes are seldom undertaken (wet wipes are used all over instead of using a bowl/soap and flannel).
Suggest locking all cabinets as some like to look into these.
Not sure if any compulsory basic training is undertaken by management for staff (staff seem to train each other).
Basic food hygiene was not observed (difficulty opening tins with a tin opener/using a basic microwave and following food manufacturer cooking instructions).
Some staff very rude.
Management very bad (rude at times).
Property has been destroyed/smashed (white goods and window pane smashed).
Medication is sometimes forgotten, once discarded with 3 weeks left to run.
Doors have been left unlocked on many occasions (fridge defrosted many times).
PPE and ID are seldom used worn/badges).
Thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to our attention. We appreciate that this is your view on the service we provide, but would like to clarify that these matters have already been fully investigated by us and independently by the Social Worker, and found to be...
Staff are pleasant and willing. My speech is hard to understand but they took the time to figure out what I said. They always try to provide staff when they can. In the six months that I used them, I was never let down. Sometimes staff appear to be under pressure because they have so many clients which has its advantages and disadvantages. In general, I would recommend Ashbourne Healthcare.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review our service. These reviews really help to provide reassurance to other Service Users and their families. I am very pleased to read that you are having a positive experience and I can assure you that we will continue to support you in every way we can.
We find the agency to be very pleasant and helpful when we request anything. The carers we have are very polite and pleasant and most importantly they do whatever we ask them to do. It's pleasant to have them in our home which makes it more pleasant to deal with the situation.
