In March my 90 year old mum was diagnosed with liver cancer & didn't want to end her life in hospital so my brother & I nursed her at home & the doctors arranged for carers to come & help us towards the end of her life.
Some years ago we had a different care company in to help when mum was ill, but it wasn't a great experience. Not so this time.
The carers were lovely. They had Mum's needs as their priority & also ours :helping us take breaks. They were punctual, the personal care was gentle & respectful as was their attitude towards mum, treating her with the dignity, respect & the humanity she deserved. They helped with domestic jobs & went above & beyond to help us.

Mum suffered a lot of pain, & they helped her and us through that & when she passed away they kept in touch to pass on their condolences & came to her funeral. Thank you to Laura, Toni & all those who helped us navigate that difficult time & helped to make mum's last weeks as comfortable as was possible
