I just want to thank the manager and two members of staff in particular, for the outstanding care given to my gran. We needed care for my gran very quickly as she deteriorated. Nothing was any trouble, very professional, caring and gave my gran the utmost respect and kept her dignity at all times....

I used Quality First for my wife who has dementia. The carers were top class, very caring and a pleasure to have them looking after my wife, especially one carer. Then I get an email telling me all caring and sitting services are to stop from the next day, even the carers knew nothing about the service ending. Management were blaming rising prices and Covid. I blame bad management because a lot of staff left when he appointed a care manager.
I am sorry for the way you feel. It was a pleasure to care for your wife as we did and I will ensure the carers know of your kind words. I can assure you that both management and staff continue to work extremely hard to provide a quality service to our clients in an extremely challenging environment both locally and nationally.
