I just want to thank the manager and two members of staff in particular, for the outstanding care given to my gran. We needed care for my gran very quickly as she deteriorated. Nothing was any trouble, very professional, caring and gave my gran the utmost respect and kept her dignity at all times. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I used Quality First for my wife who has dementia. The carers were top class, very caring and a pleasure to have them looking after my wife, especially one carer. Then I get an email telling me all caring and sitting services are to stop from the next day, even the carers knew nothing about the service ending. Management were blaming rising prices and Covid. I blame bad management because a lot of staff left when he appointed a care manager.

I’m not normally one for writing reviews but in this case, I really need to. I really want to thank all the team from the bottom of my heart they gave my father-in-law the very best care and at times we’re my absolute rock in what was such a hard time. They are absolutely fantastic each and every one of them so thank you for everything you did. I will never forget you all and will always be thankful for what you have done for him and me.
