I would thoroughly recommend Living Waters as a care company. They made my brother in law feel safe and confident in his care team. They understood his unique needs and the characteristics of autism. They quickly responded to queries from the family and kept in touch regularly when issues arose. They
were particularly responsive during his last weeks and the wider family felt supported too. They always responded to calls and were very quick to resolve any issues and provide additional training to staff. Their night care provision was excellent. An excellent care provider and we are grateful to have found them.

We have been using Living Waters to provide daily care for my father for a few months now. The carers are friendly, professional and supportive. The management team gave been helpful and supportive in putting together care that fits my Dad's needs.

On visiting Mum found her bed in a disgusting state which managers witnessed, photographs sent and recorded. Incorrect pads have been sent not one Carer requested pads with a higher absorbency, correct pads now ordered by myself. Dog faeces on the patio area had been swept into areas to hide it Instead
of being picked up .Four black dog poo bags of dog faeces collected by myself fly infestation present coming into the kitchen from outside. Kitchen, lounge, hallway, floors absolutely filthy photos sent. Dog faeces droppings on lounge & hallway floor plus a lot of dried faeces in dog bed.
Much cigarette ash matches & cigarette ends in chair raisers & floor in front of mums lounge chair all of which transfers to bed.

I have never had such a compassionate care company work with me, ever. I am beyond truly grateful for everything and how much care the carers provide with happy faces daily, I truly feel so blessed to be part of Living Waters. I thank you all for helping me daily, & the manager also.

Lovely bunch of carers, I would recommend them. Very friendly and they show you when they're here they care about you. If I feel down they try and make me laugh. The only recommendation I have is when they have a big enough client list and enough staff to offer actually night call-outs for those who
may need it. But other than that you know you've got support when you've got these working with you.
