Outstanding. Peaches are above and beyond. The carers are caring, professional and absolutely brilliant. The admin/office are so helpful and nothing is too much no matter what time I call. I wouldn't want anyone else to look after my mum all the staff members are excellent 100/10.

It wasn't just the carers, the office team also knew her well and played a key role in her care. We are incredibly grateful for the compassion and dedication shown throughout her time with them.

My son is 2 and I couldn't trust and care provider until my GP recommended PeachCare. Simply wow! The management team is evidently very experienced. I was reassured when I found out the director's son uses the service too. My wife and I are very happy with the service we are receiving.

I have been with agency present and former name for about 7 years and all that have always had excellent care and consideration in every way.

The care is both fulfilling and the communication is excellent. The carers are understanding and aware of the many needs that is required both day and night.

They are excellent in my needs they go over and above they are always very caring and anything I won't doing they will do for me they are very good at the time I wont if I phone they will alter the time to what I want

Finding the right carers for my son who has ASD has been very challenging. I'm so happy to have found Peach Care Services. Everyday my son looks forward to going out with his carers. It's the best feeling when they arrive to see his face light up. We have also noticed that my son's communication skills are increasing as he's becoming more and more confident with each Carer. We were even surprised when he announced that he was going to be sad and cry because he would miss one of his favourite carers who was going on holiday for only 2 weeks.

Since I have had the care from Peach Care Services I have felt that I can be more open and honest about what triggers me and what makes me feel mixed emotions. They have also helped me boost my confidence and self-esteem.

The service has been acceptable, not the best but acceptable, some carers have been very late and a few that have next to no disabled pupil experience but there are a couple of carers who are really good and perform amazingly around my child. Although the office doesn't always action as promised unless you remind them and they made transport and issue at first but now it is sorted.

I am so pleased with their service.

I have been with Peach for just over a year now. Do not have any complaints so far, my mum has dementia and can be challenging at times but Peach are able to deal with her and give assistance as required.

They also communicate well and help with my son’s eating and drinking.

We started the care service for our daughter about a month ago. The service is good and gets updates on the app which makes it transparent. They are always accepting of any changes and amendments required in the care plan. Happy with the service.
