It started with good service but went downhill thereafter. Some of the care providers were exceptional, very kind, and caring. I am not demanding but expecting value for money. Expected carers to come on time (always late) and stay for the assigned time and not rushing on the job. Lack of communication
when carer away and at times no cover.

Looking at our records, the care workers did start the visit on time the majority of the time and they have always communicated to you whenever they were running late. Unfortunately, the care workers can be late due to unforeseen circumstances.
We've replaced the carers numerous times and each time you were not happy with the carer.
H&M Care Agency strives to provide a high standard of care and always looking to improve our service. Every feedback we receive from our clients is important to us as it will only help to make the service better.
