Day 2 of contract damaged arm rest of powerchair by leaving sling under it while trying to transfer. Tea call only one staff member again! I ended up assisting. This turns out to not be the last time. Company use a system called nurse buddy and constantly amend call times to make it appear the carers arrive on time when in fact they are over 2 hours late. In 3 weeks we've had 4 calls that went okay out of 84. A nightmare throughout.

arranging home care within the first couple of days and then when Dad was hospitalized she liaised with the hospital to fast track 24 hour in home care were dad to need it. As it transpired, that was not the route we opted for but at no stage did the manager try persuading us or any form of selling, she was the epitome of care and support, generous with her time and advice and we will always be grateful to her and Prudent for our brief but intense interactions.
