When I was told I had to change my care I was very worried but wish I had done it sooner. This care company are lots better. They are on time, very good meals, very thorough, showers and very polite.

The carer arranged for me can only be described as second to none. She shows full commitment to her role. She takes the role very seriously and everything required of her without having to be prompted by the client ie myself.
I look forward to her coming through my door and miss her when she leaves.

The 2 carers who attend my end of life parent 4 times a day are professional, kind, gentle, warm and sympathetic.
They are patient with her pain needs, pausing when necessary and patient with me as I help too.
When we changed from hospital to private funding and back to NHS fast track funding
the company enabled us to continue with the same carers which was a great source of comfort to my parent and myself.
This was truly exceptional care!

Two girls visited me, and both did good for me. The reason I stopped this service because I just need household cleaning instead of personal cleaning, and I already have household cleaning.

My and my husbands expeirnece of your company is one of excellence. Our previous carers were horrible and did not understand my husband's mixed dementia in the slightest. Your carers are always on time and having the same carers makes all the difference to him. They are caring and understanding, and
nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff on the phone are friendly and helpful. Excellent service.
