DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!!!!!

They failed and neglected my mum when she came out of hospital, Exceptional Care was put in place to have 4 calls a day so they could feed her, provide fluids, personal care and most importantly, medication. The staff did not do a single thing for my mum. Witnesses saw them sat outside the property doing nothing when they should have been taking care of her. Basic carer 101 is to understand a care plan; the carer had no idea what it was!! They also didn't know how to use a washing machine!! We've had various phone calls to the company and manager and they don't care. To make matters worse the manager decided to take it upon himself and visit my mum at home unannounced and without family present!!!!! The sheer audacity to walk into the home of elderly people, with learning disabilities is despicable. We have reported this company to the CQC and made many formal complaints against them. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Overall Experience

Mum has been receiving care for approximately one year now. She is very happy with the service. The carers are all very friendly and polite. They are always punctual and leave the home clean and tidy, I would recommend this company.

Exceptional Care at Home are incredibly reliable and offers a kind, caring, and friendly service tt my elderly father. The carers are always polite and respectful. I have no concerns with regard to dads care. Thank you.

Overall Experience
The carer arranged for me can only be described as second to none. She shows full commitment to her role. She takes the role very seriously and everything required of her without having to be prompted by the client ie myself.

I look forward to her coming through my door and miss her when she leaves. Superb experience.

Overall Experience

When I was told I had to change my care I was very worried but wish I had done it sooner. This care company are lots better. They are on time, very good meals, very thorough, showers and very polite.

Overall Experience

The 2 carers who attend my end of life parent 4 times a day are professional, kind, gentle, warm and sympathetic.

They are patient with her pain needs, pausing when necessary and patient with me as I help too.

When we changed from hospital to private funding and back to NHS fast track funding the company enabled us to continue with the same carers which was a great source of comfort to my parent and myself.

This was truly exceptional care!
