My review of Elevate Care is from June to Current. My overall impression from their first contact with my mom was simply excellent. They have been professional and treated my mom with respect and dignity whilst also showing patience and understanding at each step of the way. I commend them for the good
work and the way they communicated with me and providing timely updates. They genuinely care about their client and for all they do, I will be happy to recommend them to anyone seeking their services.

I engaged Elevate Care to provide support for my stepmother so she could continue to live at home. Throughout the period they provided care for her, I found the staff to be very caring, going above the pure contracted care; in one case staying with my step-mother following a fall, long after their contracted
time was up, to ensure she was looked after until I was able to get to her. Carers kept me informed on a regular basis of my stepmother’s condition and couldn’t have been more helpful in discussing the appropriate level of care needed.

We have been using Elevate Care for about two years for our stepfather who is in his 90's. We have found them to be very professional, reliable and helpful. They go out of their way to meet his needs and keep us informed if they have any concerns. I would recommend them without reservation.
