Time keeping for visits was excellent, even in the snow we knew she would still get a visit. The assessment and regular reviews for mum care was also very helpful allowing her views and family members to be part of her care package. Over the last year mum required some very complex care which was assessed by staff who had a good understanding and experience of how to provide the support she needed. Mum was lucky to have such kind people, and as a family we were very grateful for the all the support over the years

her before commencing their duties, and all of them are professional, helpful and well-trained. They are extremely kind and mindful of mum's needs and treat her respectfully with a genuine dose of humour which is exactly what mum enjoys from their visits.
I particularly like the visit notes which I can read to keep me informed as I do not live locally. A medical issue was also picked up very quickly and contact was made with mum's GP which I was very grateful for.

in the monthly exercise sessions when these become available. It also gives my Wife and I peace of mind in knowing that their wellbeing is being regularly monitored, and by friendly carers.

they give is second to none, my only criticism is that it would be easier for my mum if she had the same carer on a more regular basis, sometimes the frequency of different faces can be confusing for my mum, but I am aware that this isn't always possible.

The carers are in with mum for the whole allocated time that you pay for, if they finish their tasks they always sit and chat with mum which is lovely and mum has really taken to them. They always leave Mum with a warm drink. My only issue is getting the times we wanted for the morning, and night-time but as they are very popular times it is understandable they can not please everyone.
