Overall Experience

Smart links care provides a qualified carer once a week for 3 hours to look after my husband while I have a break. The carer is excellent and my husband enjoys her company. She makes his lunch too. It means that I can have a proper break without worrying about his welfare.

Overall Experience

Both carers are very accommodating and are willing to help in all ways. They both need public transport to get to us and I am concerned that they have to travel on their own at night. the request to leave early to catch a train/bus is acceptable at times but cannot be viewed as a standard. Both carers are always cheerful.
