The care provided by CareUK is very good. Carers arrive punctually to their visit times, and are very caring. They treat me with dignity and are very sympathetic and patient to my needs. They greet me, and speak to me politely, and allow me to make my own choices. They treat my home/property with respect, and levels of hygiene are appropriately maintained. Contact between management and my family is regularly upheld, keeping them well informed.

The care I receive from CareUK Living is excellent. I have the same five carers all the time, which makes a huge difference, as consistency is important to me and my personal care needs. The carers are all lovely, professional, very caring, and conscientious. They are willing to do whatever I need. The office staff are also very good at communicating and are quick and efficient at sorting out any problems or requests. The company does charge a little bit over the amount I receive on Direct Payments, so I do have to top up the difference from my personal funds, but I don't mind because I'm receiving an excellent service. I would highly recommend this company!

Without the calls from the carers my aunt would not be able to live at home. The ladies are very caring and carry out their duties with dignity and compassion. If ever there are any issues on either side communication is excellent and any issues are dealt with efficiently. Regular reviews of the care takes place. The app used by the agency is great and keeps me updated with what care has been provided and how my aunt is.

At the beginning I was worried, this was a new step on my life as someone will be sharing me looking after my wife , but with the experience of Home Care I felt relaxed even from early at the beginning, good and professional carers very helpful and understanding , considerate and cooperative.

I cannot fault the care my mother had in any way. The carers and managers were proactive in ensuring my mother had appropriate care as her health deteriorated. She enjoyed an amazing relationship with all of her carers, but really thrived on the continuity provided my her two main carers. Concerns or information was easy to report back, and the managers were available every single time I needed to discuss something. They were always approachable and helpful. I know my mother felt totally held by her carers, and during her last days especially, I felt totally held too. This time was challenging for all of us, and I often asked for the impossible. These challenges were met with 100% team work, and I will be for ever grateful for their kindness and compassion. Those carers put so much care into my mother's time with them. I couldn't have asked for more.

All carers are friendly and respectful and very understanding. Good communication between the care coordinator and ourselves. Kept well informed and have access to the app to see records.

From our personal experience they were always the most kind and dedicated care team we could have wished for. The communication was always instant from the smallest of concerns to the most serious of issue's., ensuring mum always received the best of care and nursing. The Angels were like an extension of the family and gave as much support to the rest of us as well as mum. M in particular inspired me to deal with the situation from a different angle to make mums remaining time as comfortable as possible. We as a family will be forever grateful for the care and kindness of the team we dealt with.

All of mums carers are amazing. They go way beyond what previous care teams have gone. They are so kind, gentle, understanding and very patient with mum. They chat with mum about things she is watching on TV. They always ask mum before completing a task. They are always happy to call me if I have asked mum to get them to call me(will be over something mum is confused or upset over but cant tell me over the phone) then between myself, the carer and mum we can figure out what the problem is and solve it. The visit reports are updated to an app so we can see in real time how mum is doing, which is a great comfort to me and the rest of my family. The team managers are amazing as well. Again nothing is to much. I can message them and they sort it. If I need to change the care plan in anyway no issue and will be done for the next visit. I am not sure what I would have done without this care team looking after mum. Would I recommend them HELL yes I would all day every day. Thank You

The care from the agency has been very good, and managers have always been very responsive to what my dad needs to adjust the service when required. The carers are kind and respectful, and always cheerful and positive with my dad, even when he wasn't feeling at his best. The service certainly helped him retain some independence whilst ensuring he had appropriate personal care. It was also helpful for me to have access to the daily notes of the care he received which I found very reassuring.

Evelyn is the sunshine. Only recently started and, have been a handful of times, lovely personality, caring, and friendly, already have a bond with her, Alice started yesterday she's just amazing. Already impressed with her noting my elbow, and hands, loves my cat, is happy seeing me, and hits it off straight away. 3 amazing carers. The manager is amazing. Always there to help & support me day & night in unearthly hours & calm my anxiety & PTSD the manager has helped me a lot. I've had a lot of care companies in 20 years. Bad care, average care, good care. This is an amazing care & amazing care company run by great managers with great carers. You won't get better care. I teach them, they teach me. We grow together. The carers and managers go over and above what we had expected. We are kept updated. One carer is a real credit to the company. All of the carers are extremely professional and caring. The managers have taken phone calls not only out of hours but also when on annual leave.
