We really appreciate your kind words about the care provided to your dad, especially given how unwell he was at the time. Situations like that can be very worrying for families, so it means a great deal to know that you felt the team did well and were able to support him when it mattered most.

You are quite right to mention that seeing different carers over the weekend meant some of the team were still finding their way around the home. When care is being shared with another provider during the week, and we are only supporting at weekends, this can sometimes make continuity a little more difficult. Your feedback is very helpful and reminds us how important it is that every member of the team feels fully familiar with the environment from the moment they arrive.
