At last!!
We have finally found a care company that CARES.
Having used three companies prior to our involvement with NewBirth, we were giving up hope of any meaningful standards.
However, we are now seeing a huge improvement in all aspects of care and communication that we have long been searching for.
The management are involved right from the onset so they can lead effectively. The care team are so polite and respectful. They include my loved one in all aspects of her care, despite her sad journey with Dementia and they have a wide skillset that I am learning from myself, (even after being the main carer for 7 years now).
I can finally breath easier, knowing my LO is in safe hands.

New Birth Care were my last hope of finding short notice temporary care.
They responded immediately and were very efficient in getting everything in place.
All the staff involved were fully professional and caring with immediate knowledge of what was needed, and worked with us at every point.
Highly recommend.

The service my friend/neighbour is receiving from NewBirth care is exceptional. The initial response to an urgent request was immediate, we received a phone call the same day and a visit the following day. The initial assessment by the manager was thorough, and handled very sensitively with great respect and care shown. The carers are kind and patient, they are incredibly punctual, and are willing to be flexible around the client's needs. Considering the trepidation we felt at instigating carers, the experience has been completely reassuring and enjoyable so far. We are very grateful to the team for their responsive and kind attention. It means that my friend / neighbour can stay in his own home where he wants to be.

New Birth Care has been an amazing home care provider. The staff are professional, caring, and incredibly supportive with my children. They regularly take them out for various activities, and my children always have such a wonderful time with them. Whenever the staff come in, my children are excited and genuinely look forward to spending time with them.
The service has been excellent - very organised, punctual, and professional at all times. Communication has also been outstanding; they always keep us informed of any updates or changes and maintain great time management throughout.

Overall, we have had a great experience with New Birth Care. I would definitely continue to use their services and would highly recommend them to others.

Quite good but we got different peopelbsobthey didnt know where anything was! We only have then art the weekend as had a different career provideder in the week! Considering dad was very poorly bu then they did well!

New Birth Care provide wonderful support to my mum. They offer a very flexible approach.

The team are attentive and kind and their professional approach provides me with the comfort I need where the care of my mum is concerned.

Good communication and care .
My sister has dementia and i feel very confident leaving her in their capable hands .
