The biggest heart felt thank you to the 2 male staff who kept my son safe in the community 18-8-26. My son was on an outing with staff when he became dysregulated staff followed all of my safety plans to the letter. I'm so eternally grateful to the staff as had they not have done their job to the level they did things really could be looking so different right now. My son was throwing himself into roads and protesting lying down the staff kept him safe physically stopping traffic and unfortunately my son did hurt the staff during this time. Both staff handled this amazingly with the most care and respect for my son! I'm still getting my head around it all and just genuinely can not thank the staff enough! We are new to the company and have only worked together for around 2 weeks so I'm even more impressed that they're still learning my child but everything worked out well in the end my son came home unharmed. Thank you to the 2 staff and to Magnus care me and my boy appreciate you all!

We have been using the Magnus Care provider for personal care for my husband . The Carers are respectful to both my husband and myself; they have empathy and kindness towards my husband who is bed bound at present. They understand the importance of discussing his care with myself and with him and they are mindful of how he feels on a day to day basis.

Magnus care was always easy to contact and a perfect service - Rachel was mams main carer - although she did have other carers - Rachel became more of a friend to mam & she looked forward to her visits - always happy to help her with patience and understanding

Magnus Care provided care to my wife and I was very happy with the way the staff conducted themselves, always punctual and polite, treating my wife with respect and protecting her dignity. It was sometimes tough for the carers but they always managed to complete their tasks with a smile. I was very happy with Magnus Care.

Carer didn't arrive on a certain day but I'm sure there was a good reason for it. I don't know what happened. If I remember it was a Monday. I did inform the company. There isn't anything I have to say.

We were supported by Rachael and Ola for a period of 3 weeks during a family crisis. The support we received was professional and caring. Both carers took time to build a relationship with our daughter and to understand her needs. They communicated effectively and thier care was kind and empathetic to our daughters needs. We would highly recommend Magnus Care and definitely use again if we needed to.

Great big boss, she is amazing and is there best company ever and there carers are nice and they work hard I wouldn't change this company for another one because is there best one ever and everyone is so kind. What amazing company it is.

Magnus is an excellent company, they are very friendly and helpful, my daughter loves Magnus, she knows if there is a problem she can ring and they help her, she loves the carers, they take time to talk to her and help her with tasks. I would recommend Magnus 100%, they work so hard to make life easier for their clients.
