Home Care Providers Owned by Magnus Care Ltd in Hampshire

MagnusCare provided care to my grandad at his house for a number of weeks when he was at his most vulnerable. He had an infection & delirium in the hospital and this triggered an acceleration of his dementia. As a family though, we wanted my grandad at home. MagnusCare took care of grandad at his home when he came out of hospital and the carers were so understanding and really looked after him despite many challenges faced, including having to get up many times at night. They were excellent.

Dimitrie from MagnusCare was super understanding throughout and he was trustworthy and honest in all our conversations. He was flexible throughout but transparent in terms of the care grandad needed and what would be possible with his carers.

Overall I am very happy (and I can be extremely challenging & assertive in situations where my loved ones are involved!). I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dimitrie and his team for everything they did for my grandad at a really challenging time

We have been using the Magnus Care provider for personal care for my husband . The Carers are respectful to both my husband and myself; they have empathy and kindness towards my husband who is bed bound at present. They understand the importance of discussing his care with myself and with him and they are mindful of how he feels on a day to day basis.
