Approved Care provided care four times a day to my Mum. Their care enabled her to stay at home for as long as possible.
My mum had care from all female carers, which she preferred. They treated her with respect and dignity and were always willing to learn just how my mum liked things done!
All the carers arrived with a smile, happy to have a chat and did everything we would expect of them.

Approved management team were very supportive and accommodating, they would always provide support and flexibility when needed.
