We as a family have had a really good/extraordinary experience with Consultus Care nursing. Whilst it has been the most devastating time to help our mother through dreadfully unwell health and pain to passing away, Consultus Care helped us all. Firstly assisting my mother in her really painful illness
and admission to hospital and then supporting us, her daughters and family as we spent the last few days and hours with our mother. Our carer assisted us with the first few days after her passing in a holistic, professional, nurturing way. She is our guardian angel

Having interviewed 3 care agencies, Consultus Care's professional, thorough, yet caring approach stood out as our number 1 choice. It is very reassuring to know well in advance the details of each carer and to be asked our opinion at the end of each day. Their careful matching/selection of carers has
meant only 1 incompatibility with my mother and a replacement was quickly found. Never do we feel our request was unreasonable.
Every carer has brought something to my mother's life and she has continued to be very content and well cared for.

My mother has had Consultus carers continuously for nearly two years. They have been consistently excellent without exception; caring, considerate, supportive, proactive and positive. As a result, my mother has had a quality of life, which she has enjoyed, which would have been impossible under any
other circumstances, given her serious health issues and declining health.

I have had a live-in carer from Consultus for about a year. All carers have been helpful, courteous, sympathetic and pleasant company. They manage medication efficiently and cook pleasant meals.

We as a family found working with Consultus a great relief for all concerned.
Their professional care given to our mother was exceptional when compared to the previous agency we were using. Our Mother received care from various members of the team on a 24/7 basis for over a year. Her quality of life
was certainly maintained, if not improved with the care they provided.
The Staff cooked food from fresh and not frozen being guided by our Mother's favourites.
They provided the dignity that one would expect and conversations with the necessary intellectual ability that exceeded expectations.
We owe a great deal of gratitude to the management and staff of this organisation and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My wife returned from hospital following major stomach surgery and required personal nursing and care. Consultus introduced an experienced, retired RGN/district nurse from Lancashire who proved invaluable. She was professional, very competent, supportive and reassuring.

We have used the services of Consultus a number of times in 2019 and usually as an emergency for my ageing mother in law. Consultus has provided the most amazing service, finding one of their lovely carers within 24-36 hours. All the carers that we have experienced so far have been kind, thoughtful
and patient. We don't know how we would have coped without Consultus.

My partner was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) in July. His health deteriorated very rapidly in September and I needed live-in nursing support for when he was discharged when nothing further could be done. The nurse was arranged promptly and assisted greatly by liaising with the hospital
re all things medical on my behalf. She was also a huge support for me in being able to deal with the final days of my partner's life. I would recommend anyone in my situation seeks this level of support - it was invaluable.

Consultus Care makes managing my mother's care easy. I never have to worry about staff not turning up or not being properly briefed about her needs, which has happened with other companies. The carers always ring me a couple of days before they arrive to introduce themselves and are so brilliant with
Mum and integrating themselves into the complex team of five people helping look after her.
Nothing is too much trouble and they are totally calm and reassuring for all of us. Every carer has been a pleasure to have in the house and they go above and beyond any normal duties. I would highly recommend them and regularly do!

My parents used Consultus Care to provide live-in care over a 3 year period. The carers enabled them to continue living in their own home by providing such an excellent service. The carers were all so caring; interested in my parents as people, ensured their dignity and respect as they became less able
and so much more. They were all so professional and knowledgeable. As their daughter minding their finances - I considered them cost-effective and supportive to me too, with much advice. The office staff were exemplary in their response to any concern I might have and listened with such care. Well done Consultus Care! I can't speak highly enough of the carers.

My parents and I had a fantastic experience with Consultus. Great care, always consistent and thoughtful and really good support from the office, no hiccups. Most important of all, Consultus enabled us to ensure my parents remained in the home they loved until they passed away. Thank you.

Consultus Care looked after my mother for several years. This was a great success and she enjoyed years at home, which would otherwise have been impossible. The service is very efficient and receptive to the family's wishes. The carers provided have been superb. A great company and good to deal with.
