Had 4 different carers each with their own skill set and overall was very happy with their care. It is good to have the chance to see how the different carers dealt with my mother and the final day carer was a really good match as she was very patient and caring and dealt with my mother in a kind and calm way.

They looked after my mother for several years with a succession of excellent carers. After she died we recommended Consultus to my wife’s aunt and they looked after her until she died on her 100th birthday. They must have looked after her for at least ten years. The carers nearly all became personal friends of my wife’s aunt and undoubtedly enabled her to stay in her own home until she died. We can not recommend them highly enough.

We contacted Consultus after a fall, highlighting my mother was no longer safe to live alone. They have been absolutely fantastic. From the first phone call onwards, we cannot fault either the office staff or carers. My mother has transitioned from no outside care to full time and Consultus have made this so easy for which we are all very grateful. I have no hesitation at all in recommending the whole operation.

We used Consultus Care & Nursing for a period of over 3 years. Initially, carers came to look after our father but when he passed away we continued to care for our mother until she also passed away. The service provided by Consultus was first class and the care given to our parents was wonderful. The regular carers became part of our family and we will never forget their kindness and respectfulness towards both our parents and our families.

Consultus Care & Nursing have provided care over several years, first for my mother, who had dementia, and later for my father. In all that time they never let us down. The care provided was second to none, professional, compassionate and reliable. Two of the team in particular became extremely close to my father and it was thanks to them that he was able to stay at home as long as he did. I cannot thank Consultus enough for all they did for both of my parents.

All the three carers who have looked after my father has been kind, patient and empathetic. They are always flexible about when they have their time off and we have enjoyed getting to know them. Thank you Consultus!

We have used Consultus Care & Nursing for nearly 4 years for live-in care for my mother who has dementia. The company have always been excellent, they are responsive and I always feel they completely understand my mother's requirements. I have always been provided with class carers. I recommend them without hesitation.

The company provides an excellent service for those unable to cope at home on their own. The ladies who attend are generally very caring, patient and efficient. Where possible the clients needs are catered for.

Mum enjoyed her home until her passing primarily due to the patience and compassion of her carers. I was very impressed with their commitment to the welfare of Mum. We will be forever appreciative of Mum's carers and the support of Consultus.

My 98-year-old mum has been cared for by Consultus carers for the last 8 months since she had a very bad fall and it became clear that she could no longer manage to live alone. Every single carer has been professional, efficient and kind. Most have a great deal of caring experience and despite being a registered nurse myself I have appreciated their knowledge and ideas of the best way to deal with Mum's care issues. Of course, it will always be the case that we get on better with some than others but there has not been one we wouldn't have back. We are now beginning to get the same carers returning which is great for Mum as she always gets anxious when there is a change of carer. Staff in the office are very friendly and have always been available to deal with any issues quickly.

Before Dad had live-in care we had got the most up-to-date fall and emergency alarm which I could monitor remotely to make sure Dad was moving about, but I was always on edge about whether he was really Okay. I have complete confidence that Dad's carers will let me or my sister know what's going on if they need to, but that they are able to handle most things. Thank you Consultus!

My mother was cared for by Consultus Care & Nursing carers for 5 years before she passed away at a hospice. The care was outstanding, and my mother would often say how she loved staying in her own home surrounded by family and friends who visited regularly. We are truly grateful to Consultus for all the lovely carers, whom my mother would often describe as fantastic.

We have been engaged with Consultus Care & Nursing for over a year and a half. They have been extremely professional and flexible from the very beginning. Their manager has been nothing short of amazing in keeping us updated and responding to the changing needs of both my mother and father in law. They always demonstrate genuine compassion and empathy during difficult times. The carers are very hard working, and professional. They maintain the client's dignity in all situations and for that we are grateful. Consultus Care & Nursing are in our opinion the very highest standard in the industry. We are lucky to have them.

My experience of contacting the consultants was also extremely positive. Calls were dealt with promptly and thoughtful responses were given to queries and problems.

Living out of the UK it was essential for us to know that our father was well cared for and safe and Consultus certainly provided this. We were very grateful to be able to keep Dad in his home, as he wished, and we could not have done so without the dedication of the very special Consultus carers.

Consultus Care & Nursing carers looked after my mother during the last few months of her life, displaying patience with her failing faculties and coping with increasing incontinence, making her final months as bearable as possible.

We used Consultus to care for my father after he suffered a stroke in 2004 and when it got to the stage of my mother needing care we had no hesitation in contacting Consultus again and they provided a continuous rota of live-in carers from 2015 until my mother died at home aged 97 in May 2022. The fact that my mother lived to such great age and was able to stay at home until the end is thanks to the devoted and professional care she received.

Consultus provided a succession of live-in carers for the next two years, until sadly this year, they both died within three weeks of each other, peacefully, at home. They were cared for up to the very end with love and humour by two marvellous and conscientious carers.

I found the last three carers extremely good in all respects. I was too ill to make a judgment of the earlier ones. The main thing was to ensure I did my exercises to progress towards walking again, and they were very strict in doing so. And I liked them.
