MasterStaff Healthcare provides care and support services to individuals living in the Preston, Chorley and South Ribble areas.

Carers provide domiciliary care to service users and are able to provide home care support packages that can be tailored to meet each individual's needs.

MasterStaff Healthcare can provide services such as: personal care, help and support with domestic tasks, medication management and companionship, as well as complex care and support.

Care workers have an extensive range of experience and knowledge assisting in the delivery of care and support. In addition, staff work with local authorities, primary care trusts and private and voluntary organisations.

Masterstaff healthcare provides in-house training for all carers including medication management , moving and handling, end of life, dementia and safeguarding

The CQC inspection on 3rd February 2020 rated the service 'good' for all of its service.

My mum has been experiencing trauma due to coronavirus and putting her house on the market due to her deterioration. The carers have been patient and kind, and one lady has particularly gone out of her way to provide my mum with empathy and companionship. I am very grateful for the support all the carers
give my mum at this most difficult time. Thank you.

Having suffered from anxiety and agoraphobia for 30 years, culminating in four suicide attempts, I was referred to Master Staff. The care worker assigned to me has totally changed my life. I have been able to leave the house, attend appointments, even go for walks and coffee. I genuinely cannot recommend
my care workers enough. The impact she has made on my life is profound. Thank you, a heartfelt thank you.

All the carers are (of course) very caring, for the wellbeing of my wife (and myself). They do the jobs assigned promptly, use their time well and talk to (and spend time with) my wife. We particularly need and are getting round to my wife's personal care. On the whole, well pleased and excellent service.

Every carer that has helped my dad has shown care, kindness, respect and professionalism. He looks forward to them coming - morning and evening - and lunchtime visits. They also give him verbal assurance when he is confused.

I have been with MasterStaff Healthcare for just over 3 years. I have one main carer during the week and some weekends otherwise it is one of a team of 5 who I see regularly.


The managers and others in the office treat you with respect and when you ring up, you know you will be greeted with a cheerful

voice. The care I receive which is personal care is second to none. Privacy, dignity and respect all respected, I wouldn't want anyone else.

The carers, each one we've had dealings with, are courteous and polite at all times, they do a good job but we do find they are a little pushed at times, though this is not their fault.
