I have always been respectfully treated by all staff.
Thank you to Chinthika and Michelle at Masterstaff who have been absolute lifesavers to me this year! I am autistic and also am a carer to my son and my mother, which means the struggles I have with self care, home management and executive functioning can often be exacerbated by stress and life events. On top of this, I have been dealing with a housing issue with my private landlord. Chinthika and Michelle have been so supportive and non-judgmental and helped me re-organise, de-clutter and deep clean my home. We are now maintaining this and waiting for a home move. I wouldn't be where I am without their help and they are both lovely!

The administrative staff are very helpful and address any issues immediately.
My review was carried out very good and friendly I had nothing to complain about I consider myself very cared for and enjoy the carers coming in each day they work very hard to make sure I am safe and well. Thank you to them all also to the staff who make sure I am well and happy.

Iam very happy the care my mum is receiving, they are always on time and go out there way to put mum at ease when moving her during each visit. I feel confident she is in safe hands plus I am able to view there report after each visit which makes my life easier knowing there are no issues I need to address. The office staff are also very helpful. They keep me informed, review her care regularly and I have had no problems contacting them. Mum's care was cancelled by LCC in error following a stay in respite, but MasterStaff went out of their way to put it back in place immediately.
The app is very handy. It gives the family peace of mind as they can see how mum is and everything the carers have done.

The ladies at masterstaff looked after my Dad for 3 years and I highly recommend them. Always punctual, professional and nothing too much trouble whether in or out of hours. My Dad was always happy to see them and it was a great comfort to me knowing he was being looked after well. My only regret is I didn't know about masterstaff when my mum had carers.

I have never been happier with a care provider. I live abroad, and as such, need good communication to ensure my mother is taken care of, and MasterStaff are always on the ball with this. Mum’s overall care and wellbeing has definitely got better since we changed to Masterstaff. They have gone out of their way to make sure Mum has everything she needs, and for once, I feel I have a care provider that actually listens to my concerns, but also acts on them. I could not be happier, and more importantly, neither could my mother. Great job!

The carers have been coming to help me live independently for years. They are friendly, hard working, helpful, caring and dedicated staff. I am now going into Sue Ryder which is better for my needs. I will miss the staff. A huge thank you to you all for everything you have done to keep me in my own home as long as I could.
Very good kind staff they are good with the language barrier. Very friendly and able to talk to them. Overall very good wouldn't change the company very satisfied with the overall care and communication the staff has.

Carol has been a registered manager for many years and her motivation has always been to help facilitate people needing support to be able to stay in their own homes as long as they wanted to.
Carol is passionate about empowering people to feel confident and happy in all they do. She is happy to take on any challenge and always has an ear for people. She loves listening to people's life stories and is always happy to help.
Mainly working with the elderly and people with disabilities in a domiciliary care setting, she gets a lot of job satisfaction knowing that people are treated with dignity and respect within their own homes. Also, through her experiences in care, she’s very hands-on and will actively help in any situation to make sure that our service users receive quality care.
Britney started her career with Masterstaff in 2017. In this time, she has gained NVQ 2 and 3. Progressing in her role from care worker to field care coordinator. Partly working out in the community and in the office. She has gained knowledge and skills to make sure that individuals are receiving the best quality care. Britney thoroughly enjoys doing both sides to the job, she enjoys seeing her clients and making a difference.
Keita has worked in the care sector for 6 years. During this time, she has gained her NVQ 2 and 3. Keita has worked in all roles from carer, supervisor and now progressing into a field care coordinator. Keita is very dedicated to ensuring her clients receive top quality care.
