MasterStaff Healthcare provides care and support services to individuals living in the Preston, Chorley and South Ribble areas.

The CQC inspection on 3rd February 2020 rated the service 'good' for all of its services.

Carers provide domiciliary care to service users and are able to provide home care support packages that can be tailored to meet each individuals' needs.

MasterStaff Healthcare can provide services such as: personal care, help and support with domestic tasks, medication management and companionship, as well as complex care and support.

Care workers have an extensive range of experience and knowledge assisting in the delivery of care and support. In addition, staff work with local authorities, primary care trusts and private and voluntary organisations.

Masterstaff healthcare provides in-house training for medication, moving and handling, end of life, dementia and safeguarding to all staff and others are able to use the training facilities in the office.

My husband has varied care needs and since we joined MasterStaff Healthcare these complex needs have been delivered with dignity and understanding the carers are brilliant and the office staff are very approachable and helpful so glad we came to Masterstaff.

Having been with MasterStaff for a number of years now, I can honestly say that their commitment to providing a top level of care has never waned, which is especially important to note considering the "turbulent" couple of years we've all had to endure.
The staff have remained, and continue to remain,
professionally positive throughout any challenge that they are presented with, leaving me with the continued impression that they really do care!

I've been using MasterStaff for a number of years now, I am a 51-year-old male with MS. MasterStaff get me up in the morning and puts me to bed at night, my wife cares for me the rest of the time.


I find there is a mix of carers, those that will go above and beyond to care for me and those who do

just what is required. There's a difference in skill level amongst the carers too (which is nothing to do with age or, indeed, experience). Some of the newer, younger carers are better than those who've been working for MasterStaff for longer and are older).


I've always felt that there's a number of carers for whom this is a vocation (and it shows) and there's a number for whom it's just a job (and again, it shows).


This isn't a complaint, I'm just stating the facts. All of my carers do what is required, i.e. get me out of bed, washed and dressed, etc.


2 of my carers have been my main 2 for a few years now and I feel they have become friends as well as carers (and previous regulars too).

My mum has had these carers since middle of September to present and I can only praise them for the hard work and kindness they show my mum. All the girls that my mum have are very good with her and make her happy and if she's happy her family are happy. I would highly recommend MasterStaff carers,
they are very professional and really do care for the clients. Keep up the good work.

I am in my early seventies and following the death of my mother I developed mental health problems. This resulted in a depression/anxiety disorder. I needed help from a carer to take me shopping and help to give me confidence while I shopped. My carer was great and I would recommend MasterStaff Healthcare
to help you with all your care needs.

Great, just wish they were with me towards 9 am and 5 pm nearer to my medication time. Love the fact no one comes smelling of smoke. Everyone has their own character, which I love. One of the newbies even has my sense of humour, which is great.

MasterStaff Healthcare carers have been caring for first my mother-in-law and now my father-in-law for the last 5 years. We have been very fortunate that the majority of care has been from the same lady. This continuity has been extremely helpful in allowing my father-in-law to adjust to his need for
care. The service is 100% reliable which is very reassuring and all the carers work to the same high standard in meeting his needs.

I am very happy I chose MasterStaff for my mums care, from day1 both office staff and carers that attended my mum have been very involved in mums care. Any problems that came up, they rang me straight away. They treated my mum with respect and dignity and took the pressure off me as I knew she was in
