Abbey Care

Abbeycare are all absolute Angels, they care for our lovely Mum as if she was their own! They took over our lovely Mums care 2021, Abbeycare was highly recommended by Mum's social worker as she needed specialist care, we couldn't have wished for better care! She has regular visits 4 times per day with familiar faces every time, always on time which we depend on to allow Mum to stay in her own home, without Abbeycare I'm not sure Mum would still be with us. Mum adores 'her girls' and has the best relationship with them, in fact I feel they know Mum better than we do! She can test their patience at times I'm sure, but they understand its the dementia and they always win her over . They absolutely go above and beyond treating her with little gifts on special occasions! We feel honoured that we have these girls in our lives, we just couldn't manage without them! she has regular reviews with management to check we are happy, they REALLY do care! So thank you each and every one of you xx

I have lived in Liverpool for nearly 5 years and have used 5 care providers, most bad 1 very bad. I joined Abbey Care in February 2016. They are the best. The carers are very good, polite, friendly and actually do care, they are very professional and discreet when doing personal care. The manager is very good, approachable and if there was ever a problem will do all he can to put it right. Abbey Care are first class and I am happy to recommend them to anyone who wants a very good care company
