Cera - Derbyshire

To eat or drink had to get my own medication no cleaning done no wonder I'm suffering under nourishment and dehydration had to wobble very unsteady on a zimmer frame to take my own medication would give zero star rating if i could stay away from this company at all costs have now reported them to the cqc should be renamed cera dont care as it's obvious they neither care about your welfare or your loved ones . Absolute rubbish paying with peoples lives

Good service for those who just need a little bit of support, but wouldn't recommend for greater levels of need.

Cera have always provided great care for my daughter over the years. One carer in particular has been a fantastic carer, the best we have ever had. She is supportive and caring and is always cheerful and professional in everything she does. This carer is a credit to Cera and I have no hesitation in recommending Cera to other service users.

Mum always seems happy with the standard of care she receives. All the carers I have met have been very friendly, helpful and efficient.

All my carers have been very kind and patient and have given me support and confidence. They ask if there is anything else I need before they leave me. They are always cheerful and friendly, I cannot speak more highly of them. I couldn't possibly have had better care.

I could not manage without their care - which is only possible due to them working as a team. Weather conditions can be tough up here - the office staff are always available even if there are sometimes health hold-ups.

I find the service both oriented and user friendly.
